Design Process
1. Strategy & Concept
Every project begins with a detailed discussion about your brand, your target customer, and the goals of your collection.
Based on this exchange, I develop a concept direction including mood boards, color palettes, and material inspiration that reflect your brand identity.
2. Design Development
With the concept defined, I start creating sketches and design proposals for your collection.
Through close collaboration and regular feedback, we refine the designs until they perfectly match your vision.
3. Technical Development
Once the designs are finalized, I prepare detailed technical dossiers (tech packs).
These documents contain all the specifications required for manufacturers, including materials, measurements, construction details, and production instructions.
4. Prototype Development
I coordinate directly with manufacturers in Europe and Asia to develop the first prototypes.
During this phase, I manage communication with the factories and ensure that the designs are translated accurately into physical samples.
5. Production Support
If needed, I support the production process and communication with manufacturers, ensuring that the final products meet the expected quality and design standards.

Vegan Leather Bag – Project for the Sustainable Label CONSCHES
Here I present one of the bags I developed for the sustainable fashion label CONSCHES Vienna.
This was a very special project focused on sustainability and high-quality craftsmanship. The bags were produced in Italy by a small family-run manufacturer, working with carefully selected vegan materials.
The metal hardware and buckles were also developed in collaboration with a high-end Italian family-owned factory, specialised in premium accessories. These custom-designed buckles are featured both on the belts and the bags.
Thanks to my collaboration with these manufacturers, I can also develop personalised hardware and buckles, as well as belts and bags, tailored specifically to your brand.

For fabric sourcing, I collaborate with Aurélie from La Tissutèque, an experienced specialist in high-end textile development and sourcing. We previously worked together at Sandro Paris and now continue our collaboration as freelancers.
Aurélie brings extensive expertise from her work with leading fashion houses such as Yves Saint Laurent, Sandro Paris, and Sonia Rykiel. Through this partnership, I am able to offer access to a carefully curated network of premium suppliers and mills, ensuring the highest standards in quality, innovation, and aesthetics.
From luxury fabrics to technical materials, we select and develop textiles that support both the creative vision and the commercial success of each collection.
